I am a native New Yorker born and raised in the borough of Queens, the son of 
Puerto Rican parents. My family and I were members of a Assemblies of God church, 
until we stopped attending when I was around 7 years old. I grew up with a belief in God 
but never made him Lord of my life, which would eventually lead me on a path to 
worldly pursuits, drugs, and alcohol. I met my beautiful wife Julie in 1987, and after 
dating two years we were married in 1989. We both got caught up in our “party 
lifestyles” until things started to spiral out of control. By God’s grace I was saved 
in early 1991 listening to Pastor David Rosales on his “A Sure Foundation” radio ministry.
 The Lord led Julie and I to Harvest Christian Fellowship NYC. Soon after we started attending, Julie received Jesus 
Christ as her Lord and Savior. Since that time, the Lord has taken us on an amazing journey and now we both have enjoyed the wonderful privilege of serving Him and His 
Church for over 29 years.
